PT Terminal is seeking an experienced Commercial Director with a strong background in logistics, warehousing, and commercial leadership. The terminal operates in the field of warehousing and is located in Tbilisi, in a strategically important area of the city. The warehouse facility is equipped according to the highest European standards. The company will also provide customs services to its clients.
Key Requirements:
- 3–5+ years as Commercial Director or Head of Commercial;
- Proven results in sales growth and client acquisition;
- Strong B2B and B2G understanding;
- Good English communication;
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategy
- Grow B2B and B2G business lines
- Acquire major corporate clients
- Lead sales and marketing teams
KPI:
- Quarterly revenue growth target
- New B2B clients acquired
- B2G tender participation & win rate
- Warehouse utilization increase
- Team performance metrics
