Groove is a fast-growing, full-service B2B iGaming partner powering online casino operators worldwide. Our platform delivers seamless access to an ever-growing library of games from the industry's top-tier providers through a single API integration, alongside sweepstakes casino frameworks, data-driven tools and strategic growth support. We don't just onboard partners; we grow with them.
As we continue expanding our global footprint, we're looking for a driven Partnerships Manager to join our Partnerships team and take ownership of a portfolio of partner relationships.

The Role
This is a support-first role within Groove's Partnerships team. You'll work directly alongside the Head of Partnerships, assisting with day-to-day communications, coordination tasks and partner follow-ups. Your focus at the outset will be on making the partnerships function run efficiently, handling the details so the bigger picture can move faster. As you settle in and demonstrate your capabilities, there is real scope to take on broader responsibility over time.

What You'll Do
  • Assist the Head of Partnerships with day-to-day partner communications, follow-ups and scheduling
  • Help coordinate interactions with a defined set of partners, keeping communication timely and on-brand
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner activity, correspondence and key action items
  • Support the preparation of materials, updates and summaries related to ongoing partnership work
  • Help flag issues, track timelines and ensure nothing falls through the cracks internally

Experience & Skills
  • Experience in the iGaming industry is a strong advantage, you understand how the ecosystem works
  • Background in a B2B environment, account support, or a client-facing coordination role is a plus
  • Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, comfortable working with reports and data
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a meaningful advantage
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
