About the Role

• We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Team Lead to join our team.
• This role combines active development work with team guidance. You will be expected to write code, review code, and help bring structure to how we build and deliver products.
• This is an office-based role with a hybrid work model
• The goal is simple: make the team more efficient and help us scale.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain backend and frontend code
• Review pull requests and enforce coding standards
• Help developers unblock issues and make technical decisions
• Break down product requirements into clear development tasks
• Work closely with product managers to plan and deliver features
• Take ownership of systems and improve their stability and performance

Technical Stack

• Backend: Node.js (NestJS)
• Frontend: Vue / Nuxt
• Databases: MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, RDS, S3)

Requirements

• Strong experience in Node.js and modern frontend frameworks
• Solid understanding of SQL and backend architecture
• Experience leading or mentoring developers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS infrastructure
• Experience in fintech or high-load systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices

• Development becomes more structured and predictable
• Developers are less blocked and more independent
• Product requirements are clearer and easier to execute
• Fewer production issues and better system stability
• CTO is less involved in daily development tasks

Profile

• We are not looking for a pure manager.
• We are looking for a strong senior developer who can lead by example, write code, and bring order to a growing team.
