General Requirements:
- Warmly welcoming and professionally greeting guests upon arrival
- Ensuring service standards and guest satisfaction from entry to departure
- Providing information on menu items and daily specials
- Communicating effectively with restaurant managers and service staff
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining a pleasant environment
Skills:
- Previous experience in a hostess or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills in Georgian and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Professional appearance and friendly attitude
