About the Role:
We are looking for a responsible and motivated ABA Instructor to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental delays. The specialist will deliver individualized ABA programs, collect data, and support skill development under the supervision of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA programs and behavior intervention plans
- Conduct 1:1 and small group sessions with children
- Collect accurate data on behavior and skill acquisition
- Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based teaching strategies
- Follow treatment plans and session protocols consistently
- Collaborate with supervisors, therapists, and parents
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment
- Prepare session materials and maintain therapy documentation
- Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field (preferred)
- ABA training or willingness to complete training
- Experience working with children with ASD or developmental disorders is an advantage
- Fluent knowledge of Georgian and Russian is a must
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and accept feedback
- Basic data collection and documentation skills
