About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Environmental Specialist / EIA Delivery Lead to support Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) delivery for marine and infrastructure projects in Central Asia.

This role will be offered on a fixed-term/project basis initially, with potential for longer-term engagement based on project pipeline and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of EIA projects and act as the primary author of Scoping and EIA reports
• Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs (modelling, biodiversity, GIS, etc.)
• Manage regulator comments and revisions
• Track programme, schedule, and budget
• Integrate modelling outputs into impact assessments
• Support technical coordination with stakeholders and authorities

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Environmental Engineering / Environmental Science or related field
• 8-5 years’ experience in EIA delivery
• Experience in infrastructure EIAs (marine/coastal preferred)
• Strong report writing capability
• Experience working with regulators and multidisciplinary teams
• Fluency in English
• The Georgian or Russian languages are mandatory
