About us:
LEAP focuses on making AI usable, operational, and repeatable inside real businesses. We design AI development ecosystems that teams can actually run, evolve, and govern themselves. We work primarily with B2B tech companies and private-equity–backed firms, and we don’t just advise — we build prototypes, internal tools, agents, and infrastructure ourselves to prove what works and scale it across organizations.

Role Summary:
This is not a traditional developer role. You’ll sit at the center of the AI ecosystem, shaping how modern AI tools, agents, and models are designed, deployed, and shared across multiple
companies. Your responsibility is to help define, build, and operate reusable AI capabilities— turning experimentation into production-ready systems.

What you’ll do:

• Design and maintain AI agents and skills across platforms such as Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, and similar ecosystems.
• Build and operate APIs and orchestra@on tools, including schemas, tool interfaces, and agent integrations.
• Prototype and ship internal AI tools, frameworks, and reference implementations used by multiple client teams.
• Run, fine-tune, and optimize local models using infrastructure like vLLM, llama.cpp, and related tooling.
• Own parts of the AI infrastructure stack: inference, routing, performance, and costnoptimization.
• Help B2B tech teams adopt and operationalize AI systems they can maintain long-term.

What we’re looking for:

• Deep hands-on experience with AI agents, tool calling, and modern LLM workflows.
• Practical experience creating and running MCP servers.
• Strong familiarity with local model deployment, tuning, and inference stacks.
• Comfort working close to the metal: GPUs, model serving, and AI infrastructure.
• Builder mindset—opinionated, experimental, and outcome-focused.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
