Position Summary
The Marketing & PR Executive is responsible for expanding the casino’s footprint in the Asian market. The primary objective is to identify, contact, and recruit new high-net-worth players (VIPs) and Junket representatives. This role serves as a bridge between the casino and the player, managing everything from the initial invitation to the full execution of their travel and gaming itinerary.

Key Responsibilities

• Active Recruitment: Proactively identify and establish relationships with new potential players and agents within target Asian regions.
• Relationship & PR Management: Act as the face of the brand for the Asian market. Maintain a high-frequency communication cycle to build trust and long-term loyalty with new contacts.

End-to-End Trip Management:

• Coordinate all travel logistics: flight bookings (First/Business class), visa assistance, and luxury ground transportation.
• Manage premium hotel accommodations and customized dining/entertainment itineraries.
• Ensure a seamless transition from arrival to the casino floor.
• VIP Hosting: Personally host invited guests during their stay, ensuring all gaming preferences (Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, etc.) and non-gaming needs are met with a high quality service standard.
• Event Coordination: Help organize and promote specialized Asian-themed marketing events, tournaments to attract new groups.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on Asian gaming trends and competitor offerings to ensure our "junket" and "player-trip" packages remain highly competitive.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Casino Marketing, PR, or VIP Hosting, with a proven track record of bringing in new business from Asia.
• Trip Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in luxury travel coordination and managing complex itineraries for high-profile individuals.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Asian languages is highly advantageous.
• Network: A strong existing database of players or the proven ability to build a high-quality contact list from scratch.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills; culturally sensitive to Asian business etiquette and social norms.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel internationally and work irregular hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays) to align with Asian time zones and guest arrival schedules.
