The Cage Executive is responsible for managing high-volume financial transactions, ensuring the security of company assets, and providing exceptional service to players. This role requires specialized knowledge of Indian Flush (Teen Patti) and Asian Table Games to accurately process buy-ins, payouts, and commission-based transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Management: Execute front-window transactions, including chip-to-cash exchanges, credit card processing
• Game-Specific Proficiency: Oversee financial settlements for Indian Flush and Asian Games, ensuring a deep understanding of unique betting structures, rake/commission handling, and high-stakes payout verification.
• Inventory Control: Maintain and reconcile the main bank, chip inventory, and markers. Conduct accurate shift handovers and balance sheets.
• Compliance & AML: Strictly adhere to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols, reporting any suspicious activities or large-currency transactions (CTR) as per regulatory requirements.
• VIP Relations: Handle high-limit players and "Junket" representatives with professionalism, managing front-money deposits and withdrawals efficiently.
• Conflict Resolution: Quickly resolve transaction discrepancies or guest disputes related to cage operations or game payouts.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a Casino Cage environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Proven expertise in Indian Flush (Teen Patti) and Asian Gaming market trends and transaction styles.
• Mathematical Skills: Exceptional mental arithmetic and the ability to handle large sums of cash and chips under pressure.
• Systems: Proficiency in Casino Management Systems (CMS) and Microsoft Excel.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written English;
