ITC a small international remote team looking for a reliable Chat Manager to handle customer support and team coordination via chat channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage live chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram/FB DMs and other messaging platforms
• Train and supervise chat agents, set response standards and quality control
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Monitor key metrics: response time, CSAT, resolution rate, AHT
• Improve chat scripts, templates, and introduce automation where possible

Requirements:

• Fluent written and spoken Russian
• Experience in chat support, customer service, or team lead role (any level welcome)
• Fast typing, patience, and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

• Salary: GEL 1,200–1,800 per month (equivalent to USD 450–600) + performance bonuses
