Will be based in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Working hours: 9:00 – 18:00 Monday-Friday
Reporting to: CM
Salay: is defined by experience
Tasks:
- managing the whole sourcing/logistic/sales process of the dedicated product groups
- contacting suppliers and clients on a transactional basis, processing orders, preparing documentation, managing dunning process
- contacting logistic companies and 3rd party warehouse, organizing incoming/outgoing transports
- optimizing cost calculation (negotiations with service partners)
- supporting the Technical Sales Manager in market insights and project management
- product sample management
- budgeting and forecasting
- documentation in CRM system
Profile:
- higher education
- experience in transactional order processing
- languages: Georgian/English
- high service orientation
- taking ownership of assigned tasks
- IT affinity (interested to learn and understand an IT business system)
- flexible and prepared in taking over new tasks
- hands on type of mentality
