Assistant Project Manager

With a team of more than 500 professionals, we specialize in the construction of roads, bridges, utilities, and other critical infrastructure facilities.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our project management team in the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure projects
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports
• Monitor project schedules and milestones
• Support preparation and updates of project schedules in MS Project
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
• Assist in tracking project documentation, drawings, and technical submissions
• Support monitoring of project costs, quantities, and resource usage
• Maintain project records and documentation
• Assist with communication between project stakeholders
• Participate in site meetings and prepare meeting minutes
• Support preparation of presentations and analytical reports for management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience in construction projects
• Strong interest in infrastructure construction and project management

Required Skills

• Georgian – fluent
• English – professional working proficiency
• Microsoft offices – strong working knowledge
• MS Project – good knowledge
• AutoCAD – preferable
