"Branding Hub USA" Startup company is announcing a vacancy for the position of English-Speaking Service Manager (Order & Operations Coordinator)
Branding Hub USA is a growing startup founded by Georgians in the United States, specializing in the apparel branding industry. The company focuses on professional branding of premium-quality ready-made apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, sweaters, sportswear). With its own production facility based in the U.S., the company ensures top-tier printing and embroidery services with fast turnaround times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full operational management of orders received from the sales team;
- Clarifying order details, preparing job sheets, and generating invoices;
- Maintaining close communication with the U.S.-based production team and designers;
- Monitoring inventory levels and handling procurement of production materials when necessary;
- Providing regular updates to American clients regarding their order status.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English: Mandatory for daily interaction with the U.S. team and clients;
Experience:
- Required background in a similar role within the advertising or textile (printing/production) industry;
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Work Conditions:
- Work Location: Online (Remote / Work from Home);
- Schedule: 18:00 – 02:00 (Georgia Time);
- Compensation: Fixed salary + Bonus. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's work experience and qualifications.
