Paid Acquisition

• Manage and scale Meta Ads campaignsLaunch and optimize Google Ads (Search / Display)Improve Cost Per Lead and lead qualityBuild and execute structured testing roadmaps (creatives, offers, landing pages)Optimize the full acquisition funnel for the US market

Analytics & Attribution

• Set up and maintain GA4 tracking and conversion eventsEnsure proper attribution across channelsBuild clear reporting dashboardsAnalyze performance data and implement improvements

SEO & Organic Growth

• Develop and execute SEO strategyImprove keyword positioning and organic traffic qualityOptimize landing pages and website structureWork on content updates and on-page improvements

Conversion Rate Optimization

• Identify funnel bottlenecksImprove landing page conversion ratesWork with design and development teams to improve UX

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketingStrong experience with Meta AdsExperience with Google AdsSolid understanding of GA4 and attributionProven track record of improving CPL and conversion ratesWorking knowledge of SEO (technical + content)Analytical and data-driven mindsetEnglish Upper-Intermediate or higherAbility to work from Tbilisi office
