GH Management is looking for an English-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsibilities and Duties:
- To take appropriate actions to resolve customers' problems and concerns
- Respond to and resolve customer questions through chat, email, and telephone calls quickly and effectively
- Take care of the administrative part of the job
Job Requirements:
- English knowledge at an intermediate level or up is required
- Prior customer service experience is a preference but not a requirement
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work on night shifts and weekends (if necessary)
Job Specifications:
- Employment type: Full - Time | Remote
- Training: 1-2 weeks of paid training
- Equipment: Employee has to have a working laptop/PC and internet access
- Salary: $3.5/hr
