IDS Borjomi Georgia is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as Data Analyst. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our company.
Role Overview:
The Data Analyst bridges business and different functions for translating requirements into data-driven solutions, supporting system automation, and ensuring data accuracy across platforms. The role delivers actionable insights, reports and collaborates with stakeholders to enhance processes and decision-making.
Job Location: Tbilisi, Georgia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communication with related sales departments to identify requirements for the development of new reports.
- Analysis of functional and non-functional internal customers’ requirements.
- Together with the developer, write technical documentation (manuals, terms of reference, specifications).
- Communication with developers, programmers, product testing at all stages of the project.
- Participation in automation projects, preparation of technical specifications for system development/customization.
- Collection and analysis of requirements for the integration part of the platform’s functionality, preparation, and approval of technical specifications for platform development / customization.
- Technical specifications for platform development/customization.
- Analysis of system bugs and looking for inconsistencies in internal customers’ requirements.
- Define tasks for programmers (formalized description of functional requirements, scripts, programs, user interface), scripts, programs, user interface) and control their implementation.
- Execution of functional tests and participation in the delivery of work to the internal customer.
- Consulting the project team during the development process, users and the customer during the phases of implementation and maintenance of automation products and maintenance of automation products.
- Ensuring the convergence of the source system data with the data of the data center.
- Creating and support Power BI reports.
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Information Technologies.
- 3+ years of experience in similar role, preferably within FMCG, retail or distribution.
- Experience processing structured and unstructured data in MS Office (Excel, Access), Experience working with Power BI and SQL databases will be a plus.
- Fluency in Georgian and English languages is a must.
