Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the sales strategy;
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team (15 Medical Representatives and 1 Regional Manager);
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets and KPIs;
- Analyze market trends and sales performance, prepare forecasts and reports;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers (hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry;
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management role;
- Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams;
- Strong knowledge of the Georgian pharmaceutical market;
- Experience working with CRM and SFE systems;
- Fluent in both English and Georgian;
- Bachelor’s degree in medical sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
