Key Responsibilities
- Strategic and operational management of sales activities
- Managing and servicing existing portfolio both health and non-life direction
- Developing the company’s sales plan, monitoring performance, and ensuring achievement of sales targets
- Identifying and acquiring new corporate clients and business development opportunities
- Conducting negotiations with insurance companies and agreeing on contract terms and conditions
- Preparing and presenting insurance proposals to corporate clients
- Providing clients with detailed explanations of insurance terms, exclusions, and coverage
- Representing the company at executive-level meetings
- Building long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Ensuring client satisfaction and monitoring service quality throughout the year
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or insurance sales
- Proven experience in managing sales teams and developing employees
- Experience in corporate client acquisition, negotiations, and building long-term business partnerships
- Fluent English (mandatory requirement)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office software applications
- Strong analytical thinking, results-oriented mindset, and ability to make decisions quickly
