About the project

We are looking for Georgian-speaking psychologists with a PhD who are fluent in English. The aim is to help AI models answer questions about psychology more accurately and ethically, and with a real understanding of the Georgian cultural context. Your professional judgement directly shapes how these systems reason. No prior experience with AI is needed. The work does not involve seeing patients.

What you will do

• Analyse psychological case studies and records and give detailed professional feedback
• Prepare psychological scenarios and materials in Georgian and English that reflect Georgian cultural reality
• Assess AI-written answers for accuracy, ethics and professional standards
• Make sure assessments and terminology keep their meaning between the two languages
• Document your evaluation process and conclusions clearly and systematically
• Work alongside specialists from other fields

Requirements

• PhD in Psychology
• Clinical and academic (teaching or research) experience
• Native or near-native Georgian; fluent English, including professional terminology
• Analytical and critical thinking, sound ethical judgement
• Experience writing or reviewing case studies or psychological assessments
• Strong writing; able to explain complex ideas clearly in both languages
• Comfortable with digital tools for remote collaboration
• Cultural sensitivity
