Responsibilities:

Planning, organizing, and overseeing digital marketing, website development, and e-commerce projects from initiation to completion, including defining deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation;
Leading and coordinating the daily activities of the digital marketing and e-commerce team, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring accountability;
Establishing and tracking project-related KPIs, deadlines, and team performance objectives;
Ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and workflow between team members;
Identifying operational challenges, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks;
Conducting regular team meetings, providing feedback, and identifying opportunities to improve team efficiency and productivity;

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field;
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, paid advertising, website management, and design workflows;
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify;
Ability to manage deadlines, delegate responsibilities, and maintain accountability across the team;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
Fluency in English.
