Tbilisi Law School and Zviad Kordzadze Law Office announce admission to the training program "Practical Skills for Advocates and Organizing Professional Practice" for practicing lawyers and advocates.

The program consists of twelve intensive 2-hour sessions that develop the following skills:
- Working with clients: planning and conducting the first meeting, separating facts from the client's views, managing client expectations, identifying the legal and practical risks of a case;
- Setting fees: applying different fee models, agreeing on expenses and the payment procedure;
- Professional communication: keeping the client informed about the progress of the case, preparing professional letters and reports, negotiating and communicating with the opposing party;
- Speaking in court: presenting an oral position concisely and in a structured way, responding to the judge's questions;
- Effective and ethical use of artificial intelligence (AI) in legal practice;
- Advertising as a tool for organizing legal practice, not an improper way of attracting clients.
Practical learning: real case discussions, simulations of professional situations, work with AI tools and individual feedback.
You will use what you learn every day in your practice – when taking on a new client, agreeing on a fee, managing a case, preparing for a court hearing and organizing your own practice.
Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a certificate.
The program is led by Zviad Kordzadze - an advocate with 30 years of practical experience, Managing Partner of Kordzadze Law Office, Professor at Georgian American University and Chairman of the Georgian Association of Law Firms.

Fee: 1,400 GEL
