We are looking for motivated individuals ready to start a career in logistics! No prior work experience is required, but knowledge of English at an intermediate level or higher (B2) is necessary. We provide paid training as well.

Working hours: 23:30 to 07:00 ( Local, Tbilisi time), Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of cargo vans, box trucks, and sprinter vans across multiple U.S. routes.
- Maintain communication with brokers and drivers
- Track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Resolve any operational issues in real-time.
- Maintain accurate documentation of loads, schedules, and delivery statuses.
Required qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, and dispatch software experience is a plus).
- Willingness to work flexible hours (U.S. time zone coverage may be required).
- No previous experience required - we offer full training.
- Ability to work from the office (We operate on the USA time zone) Mon-Fri․
