About the Company

The company provides its customers with comprehensive end-to-end supply chain management solutions and multimodal transportation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform banking operations, including the preparation of payment orders and transfer lists in Excel. Monitor bank statements, reconcile balances, and control account turnovers and balances.
- Record operational and administrative expenses in the accounting system based on information received from various departments.
- Monitor accountable advances and ensure proper accounting treatment of business travel and representation expenses in accordance with company policies.
- Review and verify information related to overtime work and maintain related records in Excel.
- Perform periodic and quarterly reconciliations with suppliers and creditors and prepare reconciliation statements.
- Process inventory write-offs for a specific product category based on information received from the relevant department.
- Ensure proper recording and control of daily accounting transactions in compliance with internal procedures and delegated authorities.
- Carry out other tasks and assignments as directed by management
- Participate in month-end closing and tax reporting processes and prepare/provide information requested by supervisors.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Balance and/or 1C accounting software.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience working with internet banking platforms will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Georgian Tax Code and the fundamentals of accounting standards will be considered an advantage.
- ACCA (Applied Knowledge Level / First Level) qualification will be considered an advantage.
- Working proficiency in English and Russian languages.
