DSYS LTD is looking for a CEO's Right Hand / Executive & Business Development Assistant – AI Company Expansion in Georgia
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Company: International AI & Technology Company
Position: CEO's Right Hand / Executive & Business Development Assistant
Opportunity: Long-term collaboration with strong business partnership potential
About Us
We are a small, ambitious international technology company specializing in Artificial Intelligence, AI automation, software development, and innovative digital solutions.
As part of our international expansion, we are establishing our presence in Georgia and looking for a highly motivated, resourceful, and trustworthy individual to work directly alongside our CEO.
We are not a large corporation with complicated hierarchies. We are a small, entrepreneurial company where decisions are made quickly, ideas matter, and individual contributions can make a real difference.
We are looking for much more than an assistant. We are looking for a genuine right-hand person.
Someone capable of understanding the bigger picture, anticipating needs, solving problems independently, and potentially growing into a key business partner as our operations develop in Georgia.
Your Mission
You will work directly with the CEO, supporting both the establishment of our company in Georgia and its daily operational development.
Your responsibilities will include:
Company establishment: Assisting with administrative, legal, banking, accounting, and operational procedures required to establish and operate our business in Georgia.
Local coordination: Communicating with accountants, lawyers, authorities, banks, service providers, and potential business partners.
Executive assistance: Supporting the CEO with daily requests, scheduling, meetings, communications, travel arrangements, and practical organizational matters.
Business development: Researching local opportunities, identifying potential partners, establishing contacts, and contributing to our expansion strategy.
Problem-solving: Finding practical solutions to unexpected situations and taking initiative without requiring constant supervision.
Local representation: Acting as a trusted local contact and helping bridge cultural, administrative, and business differences.
Operational development: Gradually assuming greater responsibilities as our Georgian activities grow.
This is a highly versatile position. Some days may involve strategic business discussions, while others may require solving very practical administrative or logistical problems.
Flexibility, common sense, discretion, and initiative will be essential.
Who We Are Looking For
We are particularly interested in someone who:
However, we value intelligence, personality, initiative, reliability, and the ability to get things done more than formal qualifications.
What We Offer
This is an opportunity to become directly involved in building and developing an international AI company's presence in Georgia.
We offer:
A genuine opportunity to evolve toward a strong business partnership, depending on mutual trust, performance, ambition, and the company's development.
We are not simply looking to fill a position. We want to identify someone with whom we can build a lasting and mutually beneficial professional relationship.
Our Selection Process – Three Steps
We believe that working closely together requires more than a traditional job interview. Our selection process is designed to allow both sides to get to know each other, evaluate their compatibility, and experience real collaboration before making a long-term commitment.
Step 1 – Initial Video Interview
A first online meeting with the CEO to discuss your background, motivations, professional experience, language skills, and expectations.
This will also be an opportunity to introduce our company, explain our expansion plans in Georgia, and discuss the potential evolution of the position.
Step 2 – Face-to-Face Meeting in Georgia (November–December 2026)
Selected candidates will be invited to meet the CEO in person in Georgia.
The exact date will be arranged by mutual agreement between November and December 2026.
This meeting will allow us to discuss the role in greater depth, assess our working compatibility, and explore the practical aspects of the collaboration.
Step 3 – Paid Practical Trial: 1–2 Weeks of Real Collaboration
The final stage will consist of a short, paid practical collaboration lasting approximately one or two weeks.
Rather than completing artificial recruitment exercises, the selected candidate will accompany the CEO during the first real steps of establishing the company in Georgia.
This may include meetings with banks, accountants, lawyers, administrative offices, and other local contacts, as well as handling practical organizational and business-related tasks.
The objective is simple: to discover how well we work together in real-life situations.
This trial period will also allow the candidate to evaluate the CEO's working style, the company's ambitions, and whether the opportunity matches their own professional expectations.
Following this experience, both parties will decide whether to move forward with a longer-term collaboration.
How to Apply
Please send us a short introduction including:
A traditional CV is welcome, but we are equally interested in understanding who you are, how you think, and what motivates you.
We are looking for someone who wants to help build something, not simply execute instructions.
If you are ambitious, reliable, curious, and enjoy working directly with entrepreneurs, we would be delighted to hear from you.
Let's build something meaningful together in Georgia.
