Job Responsibilities:

• As a Polish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for Polish-speaking customers. Your daily responsibilities will include:
• Handling inbound phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently
• Assisting customers with product-related questions and technical issues
• Processing payments, orders, and returns
• Providing accurate information and excellent customer service
• Maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude during customer interactions
• Collaborating with team members to ensure the best customer experience
• You will always have access to the necessary tools, training, and support from the team, and we rely on your professionalism, communication skills, and dependability.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Salary & Working Conditions:
Salary: Base salary of $800 + up to $200 performance bonus
Location: Atrium Business Center (On-site)
Working Hours: 8-hour shifts
Employment Type: Full-time
