This is not a suit-and-slides finance job. You'll sit right next to the CEO and shape where the money goes and why. You'll also stay close to the action and help turn plans into results.
we are seeking a Deputy Head of Finance Operations
Your Mission
- Take the wheel on finance across multiple international entities
- Run the monthly rhythm of reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and insights
- Steer audits and statutory filings, and keep outside accountants and advisors in sync
- Keep a close watch on cash, treasury, and the banks and payment providers that keep money moving
- Negotiate sharp deals with banks, suppliers, and strategic partners
- Level up the way things run, from processes and controls to reporting and automation
- Give the commercial team the numbers they need: pricing, profitability, and models that hold up
- Build and coach a finance team, and roll up your sleeves when ops needs backup
- Hunt for smarter ways to work, shave costs, and test bold ideas
What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years in finance, FP&A, controlling, treasury, or a similar leadership seat
- Real confidence with financial reporting and multi-entity structures
- A sharp, curious mind that loves solving problems
- A commercial instinct that connects the big vision to what needs doing today
- Self-starter energy, strong organization, and the nerve to make the call when things get fast
- Fluent English
Extra Sparkle
- A background in fintech, payments, PSPs, digital assets, or e-commerce
- Experience with international teams and a mix of jurisdictions
- Working knowledge of IFRS and treasury management
- A history of launching finance tools, automation, or AI-powered workflows
