GCastStudio is an interactive entertainment production studio based in Tbilisi, Georgia, backed by an international entertainment group. The studio designs, builds, and operates live-streamed interactive entertainment formats, including broadcast infrastructure, production sets, talent training, and delivery to operators worldwide. Its team combines production expertise, technical engineering, and hospitality-level service standards to create high-quality, scalable formats.
GCastStudio is currently building its Tbilisi facility and expanding its team in preparation for launch, offering opportunities to contribute to a growing, innovative entertainment environment.
Role Description
The Academy Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Tbilisi. This position focuses on training and coaching talent and production team members involved in live-streamed interactive entertainment formats. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing training programs, delivering workshops and one-on-one coaching, providing performance feedback, and supporting new talent onboarding. The Academy Trainer will collaborate closely with production, technical, and operations teams to ensure training content aligns with studio standards, show formats, and hospitality-grade service expectations. The role also involves continuously refining training materials, documenting best practices, and helping maintain a positive, professional learning environment.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in iGaming live studio company as a Trainer is a must.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to give clear, constructive feedback.
- Ability to design structured training programs, develop learning materials, and adapt content to different learner profiles.
- Comfort working on-site in a studio setting, with flexibility to support training across varying schedules.
- Proficiency in English and Georgian.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multicultural teams and maintain a professional, inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Relevant education or certifications in training, coaching, communications, performing arts, or a related discipline are preferred.
