Scope includes heavy foundation systems for Wind Turbine Generators (WTG) involving mass concrete, structural steel towers, substation facilities, mountain access pathways, and geo-hazard slope mitigation.

Position Summary
The Civil and Structural Engineer provides engineering governance, rigorous Electrical verification, and civil construction supervision for the entire wind power installation. Scope includes heavy foundation systems for Wind Turbine Generators (WTG) involving mass concrete, structural steel towers, substation facilities, mountain access pathways, and geo-hazard slope mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, audit, and sign off on civil structural Electrical prints, geotechnical survey logs, foundation calculations, and reinforcement diagrams provided by subcontractors.
- Provide field-based engineering oversight during critical WTG foundation construction, emphasizing mass concrete mix Electrical s, hydration thermal cracking mitigation, and high-tensile anchor cage installation.
- Direct quality management over site civil earthworks, drainage infrastructure, heavy-transport mountain access roads, and auxiliary substation civil structural assets.
- Enforce absolute engineering alignment with European structural Electrical codes (Eurocodes - EN) and Georgian national construction ordinances (SST/PN).
- Govern civil engineering Quality Hold-Points, oversee structural laboratory tests (concrete cylinder crushes, soil proctor tests), and manage site structural safety audits.
Qualifications & Professional Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Geotechnical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of structural/civil engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on wind turbine foundations or massive utility-scale infrastructure works.
- Thorough operational expertise using Eurocodes (EN) and local Georgian construction codes. Mastery over mass concrete heat-of-hydration management models is mandatory.
- Proficient in structural engineering and layout software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, or specialized foundation Electrical tools.
- Fluent English speaker . Excellent command of professional English. Conversational or professional command of Chinese is highly preferred.
