Responsibilities

• Search for and select candidates for current projects.
• Communicate with candidates via messengers and online platforms.
• Conduct initial communication and collect the necessary information from candidates.
• Explain project participation terms and conditions to candidates.
• Conduct an initial assessment of candidates according to project requirements.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
• Coordinate the next stages of communication with suitable candidates.
• Keep candidates informed throughout the selection process.
• Maintain professional and friendly communication with candidates.

Requirements

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident communication via messengers.
• Friendly and approachable communication style.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with different people.
• Attention to detail and responsibility.
• Confident PC and basic online-service skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of communication.
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or casting is an advantage but is not required.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
