100doc.ge announces a vacancy for the position of Customer Support Specialist (WhatsApp and Email; English/Russian languages).

About us
100doc.ge is a Tbilisi-based company with three online services:

• 100doc.ge — catalogue of doctors and clinics in Georgia;
• tourist.100doc.ge — travel insurance for visitors to Georgia, official agent of IRAO (Vienna Insurance Group);
• car-insurance.100doc.ge — compulsory insurance for foreign cars entering Georgia.

Since 2024 we have issued over 70,000 policies.

What you will do

• Answer customer questions in WhatsApp and by email in English and Russian: policy dates, passport data, payment status, eSIM activation.
• Help travellers who are already at the border or in the arrivals hall: fast, calm, precise.
• Check that the policy data matches the passport before the policy is issued; escalate unusual cases to the manager.
• Keep the customer history in the admin panel up to date.

What we expect

• Written English and Russian at a level where a stranger understands you from the first message; Georgian is a plus.
• Attention to detail with names, dates and passport numbers.
• Reliability in shifts, including evenings and weekends by agreement.
• Any experience in support, tourism, insurance or a call centre is a plus, not a requirement — we teach the product.
