ASTORIOS is seeking a Solar Power Plant Operator (O&M) for its Operations & Maintenance Division at a solar power plant in Rustavi. This is a shiftbased site role focused on plant monitoring, routine inspection, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the solar power plant through the monitoring/SCADA system, including operating status, performance, and alarms.
  • Promptly report abnormal operation, alarms, equipment faults, or performance deviations.
  • Carry out two routine visual inspection rounds of the solar power plant during each shift.
  • Complete shift logs, checklists, and reports, follow site procedures, and provide a proper shift handover.

Key Qualifications:
  • University degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or another directly related electrical discipline is mandatory.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in electrical, industrial, power generation, or a similar technical environment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work with monitoring systems and routine reports.
  • Basic working knowledge of English or Russian.
  • Responsible, disciplined, and attentive; able to work onsite in shifts. Candidates residing in Rustavi are strongly preferred.
