GCast Studio is an interactive entertainment production studio based in Tbilisi, Georgia, backed by an international entertainment group. The studio designs, builds, and operates advanced environments for live-streamed interactive entertainment formats, serving operators worldwide. Its work covers broadcast infrastructure, production sets, talent training, and end-to-end delivery. The team blends production expertise, technical engineering, and hospitality-level service standards to create scalable, consistent formats. GCastStudio is currently building its Tbilisi facility and expanding its local team ahead of launch.
Role Description
The Floor Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tbilisi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day studio floor operations during live and recorded productions. This role combines floor supervision, first-line technical response, and team management into one position, so the scope is wider than a standard floor management role and the pay reflects that. Daily tasks include monitoring customer-facing elements of the studio experience, supporting training and onboarding of floor staff, and maintaining high service and presentation standards. The role also involves responding to operational issues in real time, aligning with production schedules, and contributing to continuous improvement of floor procedures and user experience.

Role Description
The Floor Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tbilisi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day studio floor operations during live and recorded productions. This role combines floor supervision, first-line technical response, and team management into one position, so the scope is wider than a standard floor management role and the pay reflects that. Daily tasks include monitoring customer-facing elements of the studio experience, supporting training and onboarding of floor staff, and maintaining high service and presentation standards. The role also involves responding to operational issues in real time, aligning with production schedules, and contributing to continuous improvement of floor procedures and user experience.
What you'll do:
- Supervise live floor operations for your shift, catching and correcting procedural mistakes as they happen
- Perform basic equipment troubleshooting during your shift (resetting a jammed shoe or scanner, swapping a cable, restarting a workstation), escalating anything beyond that
- Build and manage shift schedules and rotations for game presenters and shufflers
- Manage a team of 15–30 game presenters and shufflers per shift
- Set performance targets and monitor KPIs across your team
- Calculate team bonuses based on performance and hours
- Handle table incidents, operational escalations, and dealer supervision
- Report shift performance and issues to the Studio Director
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication abilities to coordinate between production, technical, and floor teams and to relay instructions clearly under time pressure.
- Floor/Shift Management experience, particularly in studio or entertainment environments, to oversee workflows and floor operations.
- Training skills to support onboarding, coaching, and performance development of floor staff and to reinforce consistent operating procedures.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and compliance.
- Ability to work on-site in Tbilisi, including evenings, weekends, and shifts aligned with production schedules as needed.
- Professional proficiency in English and Georgian; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
