Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality environment;
• Possesses theoretical knowledge and practical skills in beverage service and general service protocols,
• Dynamic, positive, prioritizes guest satisfaction,
• Has strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities, self-confident,
• Pays attention to personal appearance and hygiene,
• Responsible, with developed verbal expression and representational skills,
• Fluency in Georgian and Russian is essential, proficiency in English is highly desirable,

Duties

• Familiarity with coffee culture and passion for the industry,
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service,
• Experience in handling cash transactions and operating POS systems,
• Excellent multitasking abilities and adaptability to changing situations,
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn,
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
