Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed salary: GEL 1,500 Gross
• Monthly Performance Bonus
• With strong performance, total Gross compensation can exceed GEL 2,500
• 100% of customer tips are retained by the employee
• Health insurance
• Work schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
• Work location: Tbilisi, at company-designated service locations
• Full professional training provided by the company
• All necessary equipment, materials, and tools are provided by the company

Key Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle cleaning and care services in accordance with GeoWash standards and operating procedures;
• Ensure each service is completed efficiently and to a high standard;
• Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers;
• Use and maintain work equipment and tools properly;
• Keep the work area and equipment clean and organized.

What We Expect

• Readiness for an active, hands-on role;
• A results-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in vehicle care or the service industry will be considered an advantage but is not required.

Selected candidates will receive company-provided training covering GeoWash's operating procedures and service standards.

How the Bonus Works
In addition to the fixed GEL 1,500 Gross salary, employees receive a monthly performance bonus based on the number of services completed.

The bonus system is designed so that stronger performance directly increases earning potential. With high productivity, total Gross monthly compensation can exceed GEL 2,500.

Customer tips are not included in the bonus calculation and are retained entirely by the employee.
