Role Description
- Prepare and cook food items with care and accuracy
- Support with prep work (filleting, chopping, portioning)
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen space
- Operate and clean kitchen equipment and tools
- Assist in dishwashing and station cleanliness
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service flow
Role Requirements
- Comfortable speaking English
- Prior kitchen or food prep experience preferred
