Requirements:
- Higher education
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales
- Previous experience in a managerial role (preferred)
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Experience working with sales analytics and KPIs
- Knowledge of Russian and English
- Proficiency in office software and CRM systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Full management and coordination of the sales department
- Development and implementation of sales strategies
- Control and execution of sales plans and targets
- Team leadership, motivation, and performance development
- Reporting and communication with company management
- Responsibility for revenue growth
