VIP Aviation is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Flight Operations Officer

Location: Tbilisi International Airport

About Us:
VIP Aviation is a handling company providing services for scheduled and non-scheduled flights since 2008.
We are looking for a responsible and organized person with ability to handle multiple tasks to join our team in Tbilisi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate and correspond with service providers and clients
• Supervise flight handling operations: meet the aircraft upon arrival and coordinate services for the crew.

Requirements:

• Good English skills (spoken and written)
• Category "B" driver’s license
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Working Schedule:

• The standard schedule consists of approximately 10–12 shifts per month, planned in advance.
• During the initial training period (typically 2–3 months, depending on individual progress), employees will work regular daytime hours (Monday to Friday), with weekends off.
