Invitation to Participate
World Vision Georgia is inviting potential Suppliers to participate in the Pre-Qualification and Selection of a hotel in Zugdidi, Samegrelo. We welcome submissions from suppliers that are well-established and reputable within their sector.
Document submission and selection will be conducted through the World Vision electronic procurement system (Provision/Coupa).

• Request for system access and full documentation package: August 30, 2026, 16:00.
• To request access to the system and full documentation package, please send an e-mail to thea_kvintradze@wvi.org. Please indicate the selection title — "Hotel in Zugdidi, 2026–2029" — in the subject line of your e-mail.

Deadline to upload proposal: August 31, 2026, 18:00

Submissions received after the deadline or outside the WV procurement system will not be considered.
