About the Role
We are looking for a Business Transformation Lead who will drive the improvement of business and operational processes across the company and lead the implementation of modern management practices.
The role involves developing TPM, Lean, Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement practices, managing organizational change, optimizing and automating processes, and working closely with various departments, including manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive business process improvement and optimization;
- Implement TPM, Lean, Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement practices;
- Improve and standardize manufacturing and operational processes;
- Work with managers to implement new management routines and work standards;
- Lead change management and support the effective management of organizational resistance to change;
- Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency improvement;
- Coordinate ERP, CRM and other business systems implementation and development projects;
- Provide management with recommendations, feedback and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Transformation, Operational Excellence, Lean or TPM;
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment;
- Practical knowledge of Lean/TPM and Continuous Improvement methodologies;
- Experience managing transformation projects and organizational change;
- Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills;
- Fluent English — mandatory requirement.
