Job Description:
- Lead all business operations across the company.
- Build, mentor, and manage the leadership team.
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Ensure alignment across Retail, Marketing, HR, E-commerce, Finance, and Commercial functions.
- Establish clear KPIs, accountability, and performance management.
- Lead new store openings and continuous business improvement.
- Build scalable systems, processes, and a strong performance culture.
Requirements:
- Higher Education, Preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management;
- MBA is Preferred;
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting and P&L management;
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering business growth;
- Experience building and developing high-performing teams;
- 7-10 of Sr. Leadership Expertise in Retail Field;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office Programs, Knowledge of BI Tools & ERP Programs would be considered as plus;
- Fluent English.
