LLC “CaucasTransExpress” announces a vacancy for the position of Import Manager.
Location: Tbilisi
Working Schedule: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Sending incoming inquiries to vendors, analyzing quotations, and preparing optimal offers for clients (European routes);
- Planning and coordinating the full logistics cycle for each shipment in cooperation with clients and partners;
- Monitoring shipment timelines and processes;
- Overseeing financial settlements with suppliers;
- Providing clients with shipment updates, preparing invoices, and monitoring payments;
- Preparing documentation required for customs operations and participating in customs procedures when necessary;
- Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and identifying potential new partners;
- Reporting and providing feedback to management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Higher education;
- Advanced knowledge of English and Russian (mandatory);
- Good command of MS Office applications.
