Night Club “Teatro” (Batumi) is hiring for the position of Cost Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate food and beverage costs.
• Prepare and maintain recipe cards and costing sheets.
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in regular stock counts.
• Analyze inventory variances, waste, and stock losses.
• Verify purchase invoices and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Control inventory movements between departments and warehouses.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports.
• Monitor Food Cost, Beverage Cost, and Gross Profit indicators.
• Cooperate with the Accounting, Purchasing, Kitchen, and Operations departments.
• Recommend and implement cost optimization measures while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 year of experience as a Cost Controller, Cost Accountant, or Inventory Accountant (experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting and inventory management systems (1C, iiko, R-Keeper, Micros, Oracle, SAP, or similar).
• Understanding of inventory accounting, stock control, and costing principles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
