Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a highly experienced Head of Marketing who can build, lead, and continuously develop the company's entire marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy;
- Conduct in-depth customer research and market segmentation;
- Develop and strengthen the project's positioning and brand strategy;
- Perform comprehensive competitor analysis;
- Optimize the sales funnel to improve performance;
- Increase lead quality and conversion rates;
- Plan, manage, and optimize the marketing budget;
- Coordinate external agencies, partners, and contractors;
- Monitor, analyze, and report marketing performance based on KPIs;
- Test new marketing ideas, campaigns, and growth hypotheses.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing;
- Strong strategic thinking and business mindset;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proven experience in making data-driven marketing decisions;
- Strong knowledge of branding and market positioning;
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing;
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the real estate or property development industry;
- Experience working with international markets;
- Proficiency in English.
