About the company
TKM Intercorp LLC is a technical and manufacturing company engaged in the development and production of motorcycle engines, mechanical components and special technical products.

We are looking for a responsible and practical production worker to assist us with workshop and production work.

Initially, we offer part-time work. In case of good cooperation, permanent employment and a transition to full-time employment in the future are possible.

The vacancy is particularly suitable for:

• For people who want extra work on Saturdays and Sundays;
• For people who want to work additionally after their main job;
• For those interested in cars, motorcycles or engines.

Main responsibilities

• Assisting in the assembly of mechanical parts and components;
• Participating in the disassembly and assembly of motorcycle engines;
• Cleaning and preparing details for work;
• Performing simple mechanical and workshop work;
• Use of hand and power tools;
• Checking and sorting details;
• Tidying up the workplace and tools;
• Assisting in production and packaging processes;
• Performing technical tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• The specific tasks of the job will depend on the candidate's experience and skills.

Requirements

• Interest in manual labor and practical work;
• Responsibility, accuracy and reliability;
• Ability to understand and follow instructions;
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• Willingness to learn new work processes;
• Ability to work on Saturdays and Sundays;
• Work with tools carefully and responsibly.

Experience and education

• Vocational or higher education is not mandatory;
• A diploma or formal qualification is not required;
• For us, practical skills, responsibility, and a desire to work are more important than an educational document;
• Prior experience in a craft or technical field is preferred;
• Strong and motivated beginner candidates will also be considered.

It will be considered an advantage.

• Experience in repairing automobiles or motorcycles;
• Experience in disassembling, assembling or repairing engines;
• Experience working in a car or motorcycle workshop;
• Knowledge of mechanical details and tools;
• Experience working with hand and power tools;
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or technical work;
• Interest in motorcycles, cars and engines.

This experience is desirable, but it is not necessary to meet all requirements.
