We are looking for a motivated CAD engineer, CAD designer or 3D modeling specialist who can create mechanical details and components in 2D and 3D format.
Experience in motorcycles, engines or our specific field of activity is not mandatory. For us, the candidate's practical knowledge, quality of work and ability to work with CAD programs are more important than a university degree or official engineering qualification.
We consider candidates of all experience levels:

Main responsibilities
- 3D modeling of mechanical details and components;
- Creating accurate 2D technical drawings;
- Modeling of mechanical components and assemblies;
- Use of SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or similar CAD programs;
- Creating digital models based on the dimensions of existing details;
- Modify, adapt and improve existing products;
- Preparation of production drawings and technical documentation;
- Indicating dimensions, tolerances and technical requirements in drawings;
- Participate in the development of new products, prototypes, and test details;
- Remote collaboration with the company team.
Requirements
- Practical knowledge of working with CAD programs;
- Knowledge of SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or similar software;
- Ability to create 2D technical drawings;
- Ability to 3D model mechanical details;
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings;
- Ability to work accurately with dimensions and proportions;
- Attention to detail;
- Technical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Responsibility and ability to work independently;
- Ability to communicate remotely and organize tasks;
- Willingness to learn new programs, technologies, and production methods.
- Education and experience
- A university degree or formal engineering qualification is not required;
- Practical knowledge, real skills, and the quality of work performed are more important than a certificate of education;
- Candidates of all levels are considered — strong beginner, intermediate, and senior;
- Our specific industry experience is not mandatory.
It will be considered an advantage.
- Reverse Engineering experience;
- Experience in measuring existing details and converting them into CAD models;
- Basic knowledge of CNC machining;
- Knowledge of 3D scanning or 3D printing;
- General understanding of tolerances, materials, and manufacturing processes;
- Interest in motorcycles, cars, engines or mechanical equipment;
- Knowledge of English to understand technical documentation.
- This additional knowledge is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement.
