We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Administrator to join our real estate team. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales process, ensuring that all administrative operations run smoothly and efficiently from initial client contact to final deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review sales contracts, agreements, and related documentation
  • Ensure all property transaction files are accurate, complete, and properly maintained
  • Update info CRM systems, client databases, and property listings
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team on a daily basis
  • Communicate with clients regarding documentation, payments, and process updates
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as legal, finance, and property management
  • Communicate and maintain relationships with partner developers regarding availability, pricing, and updates
  • Track sales activities, deals, and pipeline progress
  • Prepare regular sales reports
  • Assist in scheduling property viewings, meetings, and client appointments
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
  • Support invoicing, payment tracking, and deal closing processes

Requirements:
  • Excellent command of the English language is required
  • Previous experience in sales administration, real estate, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM systems
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
