Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service;
- Introduce and sell the company's products to customers;
- Prepare, process, and submit leasing applications for committee approval;
- Complete the leasing process upon committee approval.
Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other standard office applications;
- Basic knowledge of English.

- Sales and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team;
- Flexibility, responsiveness, discipline, and attention to detail.
