About Role - Duties
- Manage and schedule social media activity across LinkedIn and other platforms
- Create engaging written and visual content
- Support company brand awareness campaigns
- Assist with website and digital content updates
- Build professional sales packs and presentations
- Support proposal and RFP formatting and production
- Assist with client-facing collateral and case studies
- Work closely with senior leadership on campaign support
- Create marketing materials using Canva, PowerPoint and AI-enabled tools
- Support video, graphics and presentation content where required
- Help maintain consistency of brand and messaging
- Coordinate marketing activity and timelines
- Support internal communications and events
- Maintain organized marketing assets and documents
- Assist with reporting and campaign tracking
Additional Information
- Location: Tbilisi
- Business Week Schedule: 5 business days, 10:00-18:00
Required Criteria
- 2 years of working experience as Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager or Account Manager;
- Experience using Canva or similar design tools;
- Fluent in Englishm (B2/C1/C2)
- Desirable: Experience with LinkedIn marketing; Exposure to proposal/RFP support; Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI or similar; Basic understanding of CRM or email marketing platforms.
