About the Role
The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling company properties, communicating with clients, conducting property presentations, and building strong customer relationships. The role requires fluency in Arabic and good English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients
- Present and promote real estate properties
- Conduct meetings, calls, and property viewings
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Understand client needs and provide suitable property options
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with the sales team throughout the sales process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in real estate sales
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and sales techniques
- Strong Arabic communication skills
- Strong English communication skills
- MS Office and CRM systems knowledge
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
