We are currently seeking a Corporate Lawyer with at least 3 years of experience to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements.
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Georgian laws and regulations.
- Support investment transactions, corporate restructuring, and due diligence processes.
- Liaise with external legal advisors, government authorities, and business partners.
- Prepare legal opinions, corporate documents, and board resolutions.
- Identify legal risks and provide practical legal solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (Master's degree is an advantage).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate law.
- Strong knowledge of Georgian corporate and commercial legislation.
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
